Beschreibung

• Build and grow the bank partner relationship to generate consistent referrals • Use and update Salesforce daily as a CRM tool • Develop profitable new business account relationships • Increase profitability from existing accounts by selling Merchant Services, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express processing, to small and medium-sized businesses • Identify business opportunities using knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services • Develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services • Present product and service benefits to prospective clients • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales • Receive guidance and training in a remote environment • Achieve daily objectives set by the manager • Spend the majority of work time in the assigned territory meeting clients, prospects, and business partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Two to three years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market • Must reside in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas • Strong sales experience and willingness to learn and grow • Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations • Excellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to spend 10 or more hours driving per week • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct • Ability to meet applicable employment eligibility and background-check requirements
