Beschreibung

• Be first in, always: test new AI models, agent capabilities, and product features as they ship, and find new, unexpected ways to put Nash's platform to work for a customer, before anyone asks you to. • Run the full cycle: lead discovery calls that get to the real constraints of a large, complex merchant, deliver demos mapped to that reality, and design and run trials with clear success criteria all the way to a real decision. • Make the value case, not just the technical case: run structured value discovery workshops, establish a baseline before anything changes, and build an ROI model on the customer's own numbers, one a finance stakeholder could trace back to something real. • Map how Nash actually fits into their stack: get past the diagram and understand how a large, multi-region, multi-channel merchant's business actually operates (OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, carrier integrations), then show exactly where Nash sits, what calls what, and what changes. • Build real tooling, not just documentation: turn what works into scripts, sandbox environments, internal dashboards, and value calculators that make the next ten deals faster, not just the one in front of you. • Enable the rest of the team: train AEs on the technical and value fundamentals they need to run early conversations themselves, mentor newer SEs as the team grows, and build the onboarding path future hires will actually use. • Close the loop with product and engineering: turn what you're hearing from customers into something product and engineering can actually act on, and follow up until it lands, not just log it and move on.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical GTM/growth engineering role, ideally with real ownership of full cycles. • Hands-on comfort with AI tools and models yourself: you've done prompt design, run evals, poked at a new agent framework the week it launched, not just read about it. • Comfort running structured discovery, including workshop-style sessions with multiple stakeholders, to get past the stated ask to the real use case. • Some real building ability: comfortable scripting, working with APIs, and standing up a sandbox or internal tool without waiting for an engineer to do it for you. • Real fluency with system architecture and integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, data flows, how an OMS/WMS/TMS/POS talks to outside systems), and the ability to represent that clearly in a diagram. • Comfort operating at enterprise scale and complexity: multi-region, multi-channel merchants with dozens of existing integrations, not simple single-location workflows. • A real builder's instinct, and strong communication across technical and business stakeholders. • Even better if you have: 2+ years in a GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering role; experience shipping AI-native product features or agents into production; experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
