Beschreibung

• Set and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and the Digital Workplace • Prioritize the portfolio, balancing business value, risk, cost, and strategic fit, including build-versus-buy decisions • Define target outcomes and success metrics and hold the organization accountable • Partner with the Senior Director of Engineering on AI use-case discovery and rapid prototyping • Champion an AI-First product approach and build a pipeline from idea to prototype to production • Align product and engineering roadmaps, capacity, and commitments so teams ship predictably • Surface risks and dependencies and drive resolution across organizational boundaries • Partner with senior finance, procurement, HR, and operations leaders to translate business strategy into product strategy • Communicate product vision, portfolio health, and outcomes to VP and C-level stakeholders • Represent associate and customer needs in roadmap decisions • Build, develop, and lead Sr. Product Managers and product staff, including hiring, coaching, performance, and career development • Develop managers who develop product managers • Own workforce and capacity planning across the domains • Manage product budgets and vendor and licensing relationships • Participate as a decision-maker in portfolio and architecture governance • Apply scalable security, compliance, and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management or product leadership in complex, matrixed organizations • 5+ years leading product managers and leading leaders, not just individual contributors • Proven experience owning product strategy for finance or enterprise back-office systems (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, ERP-adjacent) and/or digital workplace and employee experience platforms • Demonstrated ability to discover, prioritize, and deliver AI or data-driven product use cases in partnership with engineering • Strong executive communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into business value at the VP and C-suite level • Experience operating within structured governance frameworks and a matrixed enterprise environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industries with ERP-adjacent systems strongly preferred • Experience scaling a product organization through significant growth or transformation strongly preferred • Hands-on familiarity with Billtrust, Bectran, BlackLine, Medius, Coupa, Microsoft 365, Workday, modern identity and endpoint tooling strongly preferred • M&A and systems-integration experience strongly preferred
