Beschreibung

• Lead and perform electrical design for municipal infrastructure and facility projects, working both independently and as a technical leader within project teams. • Develop engineering deliverables including design calculations, construction drawings, cost estimates, and bills of material. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated and constructible design packages. • Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to understand project needs, address challenges, and deliver effective engineering solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, supporting their professional development. • Review and quality-check design drawings to ensure technical accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with client standards. • Support project execution by helping maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment throughout the design process.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering design, drafting, or related technical roles • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred • Strong proficiency with Revit for electrical modeling and design development • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation • Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards including: • NFPA 72, 101, and 110 • International Building Code (IBC) • Energy codes and lighting standards • Experience with lighting design tools such as DIALux or AGi32 • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
