• Help shape the next chapter of Rowse Honey’s growth • Manage and develop key customer relationships • Collaborate with Marketing, Category, R&D, and Operations teams to bring new ideas to life • Support channel strategies and deliver high-impact commercial plans • Build your commercial capability in a fast-paced, supportive environment

• Understands customer needs and links the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs • Identifies and qualifies the variables and possibilities for the negotiations • Adopts a learning approach to development • Has a basic operational understanding of customer, channel and market • Demonstrates a good understanding of the key POP initiatives that affect Valeo presence with the customer / consumer
