Beschreibung

• Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clients • Advise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps • Design tailored solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints • Lead and oversee complex or cross-practice projects • Ensure delivery aligns with client needs, best practices, and Valiantys standards • Act as technical lead when required • Produce and review key deliverables and report on progress and outcomes • Manage, support, mentor, and develop consultants • Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and consultant enablement • Ensure team readiness, certifications, and continuous skill development • Drive consulting best practices, knowledge sharing, methodology, and service-offering development • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teams • Support complex presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations • Identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders • Ensure client satisfaction and service consistency • Support long-term engagement strategies and value realization • Act as an escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions • Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management • Strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities • Leadership mindset and ability to inspire and develop others • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment • Commitment to quality, client success, and continuous improvement • Fluent in French and English • Based anywhere in France and ready to travel for work
