Beschreibung

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and sales enablement initiatives • Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, including related staff, contractors, and agencies • Provide sales support and fulfill field sales marketing material requests • Manage CRM data and integrations with inter-company platforms, including automation, reporting dashboards, and APIs • Ensure brand and identity adherence across campaigns and marketing materials • Oversee the Vallen website, including content, web functions, look and feel, and customer self-service portal • Create digital how-to and training materials for marketing initiatives and tools • Lead major trade show participation, organization, and management; prepare budget reports • Create collateral and information for Sales, Digital, Operations, and other functional areas • Manage lead tracking software and report on lead conversion • Interface with supplier partners to execute joint marketing programs • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Communications, etc.) with 5+ years of applicable experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Successful experience in leading channel and product marketing strategic planning and growth initiatives • Experience managing and leading a team • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) • Experience with software, programming, and computer terminologies such as graphics design product and video efforts • Strong computer knowledge and aptitude to learn various applications • Strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, organizational, and teamwork skills • Ability to compile routine reports and write correspondence • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals • Ability to work extended days, evenings, and weekends as required • May be required to travel with little notice
