Beschreibung

• Evangelize the Veeam Vault product offering and provide expertise to end users, partners, and internal teams • Work with the core sales department to develop Veeam Vault opportunities to technical win • Conduct live and virtual customer presentations and demonstrations • Translate customer and partner business objectives into technical requirements • Consult independently with customers and provide technical expertise on Vault solutions • Collaborate with Product Management and provide customer feedback • Provide pre-sales support while customers evaluate Veeam software • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts across data resilience, security, Vault, and public cloud platforms • Lead architecture reviews, resilience assessments, operational readiness reviews, and solution validation engagements • Advise technical and executive stakeholders on resilience strategy, cyber recovery, cloud modernization, and operational best practices • Guide protection and recovery of workloads across virtual, physical, public cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments • Assess architectures and advise on data protection, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and secure recovery strategies • Analyze telemetry, platform adoption trends, and operational indicators • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams • Deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and strategic advisory sessions • Act as a subject matter expert in Vault, public cloud data protection, cyber resilience, and secure recovery strategies

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, customer success, infrastructure engineering, or related technical disciplines • Strong expertise in public cloud platforms, cyber resilience, Vault, data protection technologies, or enterprise infrastructure • Experience designing, deploying, supporting, or advising on AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud architectures • Understanding of cloud architecture, identity and access considerations, security best practices, and modern infrastructure design principles • Experience with backup, recovery, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, secure recovery, or cyber vaulting strategies • Experience with hybrid cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise infrastructure • Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes • Experience conducting architecture reviews, technical assessments, workshops, proofs of concept, or strategic advisory engagements • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience • Relevant AWS, Azure, VMware, security, or equivalent certifications are preferred
