Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Veeam’s field sellers to evangelize the Vault product offering • Inform, educate, and influence end users, partners, and internal teams about Vault products and technology • Present Veeam Vault technology and provide technical expertise to diverse decision-makers • Develop Veeam Vault opportunities to technical win with the core sales department • Conduct live and virtual customer presentations and demonstrations • Translate customer and partner business objectives into technical requirements • Consult with customers and provide technical expertise on Vault solutions • Provide pre-sales support as customers evaluate Veeam software • Lead architecture reviews, resilience assessments, operational readiness reviews, and solution validation engagements • Advise stakeholders on resilience strategy, cyber recovery preparedness, public cloud modernization, and operational best practices • Guide protection and recovery of workloads across virtual, physical, public cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments • Analyze telemetry, platform adoption trends, and operational indicators to identify optimization and expansion opportunities • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams on complex technical challenges • Deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and strategic advisory sessions • Support lead generation through events, webinars, and user groups

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, customer success, infrastructure engineering, or related technical disciplines • Strong expertise in public cloud platforms, cyber resilience, Vault, data protection technologies, or enterprise infrastructure • Experience designing, deploying, supporting, or advising on public cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud architectures • Understanding of cloud architecture, identity and access considerations, security best practices, and modern infrastructure design principles • Experience with backup, recovery, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, secure recovery, or cyber vaulting strategies across public cloud and enterprise environments • Experience with hybrid cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise infrastructure • Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes • Experience conducting architecture reviews, technical assessments, workshops, proofs of concept, or strategic advisory engagements • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience • Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, VMware, security, or equivalent credentials are preferred
