Beschreibung

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients • Configure enhancements for live applications (business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications) • Perform bulk import/export/updates of content and data • Provide recommendations on application features, use, and best practices • Maintain production and sandbox environments • Create reports and dashboards • Serve as a member of the Commercial Services team providing ongoing professional services for customers live with Veeva’s Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical • Customer-facing, non-travel role (may travel occasionally for internal events)

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years experience configuring/supporting/implementing content management software or related services delivery • Customer service or consulting experience • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions • Experience managing clients requests and setting expectations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) • Project management experience (nice to have) • Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies (nice to have) • Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements (nice to have) • Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs (nice to have)
