Beschreibung

• Define, design, and deliver next-generation capabilities for the Vault QMS Quality Events module • Launch new capabilities and enhance existing functionality • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define strategic roadmap for the module • Collaborate closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams • Design, prototype, configure, and iterate on designs to ensure solutions meet business outcomes • Author and design high-quality product specifications and UI flows for engineering • Engage and test alongside QA to ensure capabilities function as designed • Generate content to educate on business value, configuration best practices, and how-to’s • Monitor innovation and market trends and incorporate learnings into product roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise business application software • Ability to think creatively and critically in a dynamic work environment • Demonstrated skills in design, solving complex problems, phased product development, and planning • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision • Driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Life Sciences or Quality Management Software (QMS) products (Nice to Have) • Experience in digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch (Nice to Have) • Experience designing data models to support business processes (Nice to Have) • Experience developing configurable Enterprise SaaS solutions (Nice to Have) • Passion for clean user interface design (Nice to Have)
