Beschreibung

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and working meetings with clients and key users. • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation. • Identify risks, dependencies, functional gaps, and opportunities to improve processes. • Validate requirements with users and stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a functional analyst, requirements analyst, or business analyst in software development companies. • Strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis in technology projects. • Ability to produce clear, comprehensive, and execution-oriented documentation. • Capability to engage with clients, end users, project leads, developers, and testers. • Good judgment for understanding business processes and converting them into functional solutions. • Experience working with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or hybrid approaches. • Knowledge in preparing: User Stories, Use Cases, Process Diagrams, Acceptance Criteria, Traceability Matrices, Functional Specifications. • Experience using documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Lucidchart, Notion, or similar.
