Beschreibung

• Proactively manage sales margin, product mix, volume retention/growth, product category development, and margin enhancement strategies for the foodservice channel • Provide leadership and direction for assigned product segments and formats across business channels • Guide development of people within the reporting structure • Develop and implement company initiatives and commercialization activities with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics • Maximize margin enrichment through customer and market analysis • Supervise and approve pricing models for the assigned Foodservice Channel • Analyze daily enterprise reports and act on sales margins that do not meet expectations • Determine new-volume impact, ideal production location, and customer corporate pricing with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain • Ensure cost roll changes are accurately passed on to customers • Develop, communicate, and implement corrective action plans when margin expectations are not met • Proactively manage the P&L • Develop or oversee significant pricing proposals and RFPs • Ensure pricing history is captured in systems of record such as Forge and Velocity • Provide Sales with solutions for selling opportunities that maximize company return • Incorporate Annual Budget and Long Range Plan strategies into tactical Product Line Management decisions • Set fiscal-year budget targets and manage accruals, reserves, and contingency plans with Finance • Ensure appropriate data cubes and reports are available for proactive Foodservice P&L management • Leverage MicroStrategy data and the data warehouse to provide consistent commercial reporting • Link Product Management and Supply Chain planning in the Foodservice sales planning process • Manage pricing for custom and branded labels and apply customer contract parameters • Develop SKU management, product platform, and inventory management strategies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in Foodservice, Food Manufacturing, Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Product Line Management, or related commercial leadership roles • Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience • Demonstrated ownership of brand management, category, business segment, or commercial P&L, including revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin improvement, forecasting, and profitability management • Experience developing customer pricing strategies, contract pricing, cost recovery initiatives, revenue management programs, and margin enhancement plans • Strong understanding of Foodservice channels, including distributors, operators, brokers, rebates, and customer pricing structures • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Understanding of VF financial systems, margins, accruals, costs, and overhead rates • Highly analytical ability and capacity to tackle large, complex projects • Communication skills for collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Legal, Pricing, and Agreement Management • Strong financial acumen, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, accruals, reserves, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance • Advanced knowledge of pricing strategy, revenue management, cost accounting principles, margin optimization, and customer profitability analysis • Experience leveraging business analytics and reporting tools • Strong understanding of financial drivers affecting Foodservice and Food Manufacturing businesses • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business decisions • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Executive Leadership
