• As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® Product line. • You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis. • You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. • You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. • You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. • You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. • You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. • You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license • Must reside within territory, Newark area preferred • No overnight travel is required for day to day management of territory that includes Manhattan and Newark • Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed
• Base Salary. $70,000 • Additional Commission Potential. $70k-$90k (The variable incentive (commission) for this position is estimated to be within this range. Formal variable incentive (commission) plans will be finalized in Q1 2026 based on the sales quota set for the territory. Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment.
