Beschreibung

• Ownership of A/P, credit cards, and employee expenses and reimbursements • Complete daily accounting tasks such as recording cash receipts, processing disbursements, and processing vendor purchase orders • Analyze A/R aging and provide recommendations for bad debt • Reconcile accounts including A/R, sales tax, bad debt, deferred revenue, fixed assets, and bank statements • Assist with the review of customer contracts and the setup of revenue recognition and billing schedules in NetSuite • Assist with accounts receivable and collections efforts • Inventory tracking and reconciliations • Assist with cash flow forecasting • Assist with year-end Audit and Tax supporting documents • Assist with ongoing process improvements including the use of AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency • Perform other tasks as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Familiarity with the SaaS/PaaS industry, regulations, and revenue recognition • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance functions • Experience with one or more of NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, and Ramp • Ability to work and react quickly in a fast-paced environment • Strong Excel skills including lookups, sumifs, and pivot tables • Working knowledge of general accounting principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking are essential • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a remote environment
