Beschreibung

• Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple sites as required • Work directly with clients, if required, with support from internal and external resources • Assist in defining construction Statement of Work (SOW) for Request for Proposal (RFP) process as required for all contractors and material vendors to provide construction services to complete the project(s) • Assist in the selection of contractors to bid/award the construction of sites • Attend any A&E or Utility walks as requested to assist with site design/routing of utilities to implement to make any needed adjustments for constructability and cost savings • Prior to starting construction, coordinate and confirm site staking and layout, including access & utility easements, and assist in the coordination and delivery of anchors and towers when required • Manage contractors, construction activities, and job close-out (Certificate of Occupancy). Inspect job sites to ensure construction is completed according to plans and specifications • Ensure adherence to VB and OSHA safety practices. Report unsafe activities or conditions and incidents on site • Complete all project closeouts including site walks, punch list item completion, document upload, and accounting requirements for each project • Maintain all project records and utilize workflow tools to manage assigned projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four-year degree preferred, Civil or equivalent Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in wireless communication construction and construction project management required • Working knowledge of OSHA and industry construction practices and policies regarding safety • Proficient user of MS Excel and Word • Demonstrated mastery in ongoing multiple tasking and project management skills • Required to have a valid driver’s license • Ability to work in fast-paced and pressured environment • Excellent client and vendor relationship skills • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
