Beschreibung

• As an Equity Consultant on the Growth team, you will be the person founders and senior leaders turn to when they are ready to explore what equity can do for their business. • This is a consultative sales role: the conversations are complex, the stakeholders are senior, and the product requires genuine expertise to sell well. • You will build deep knowledge of share schemes and equity management, use that knowledge to run high-quality discovery and demo conversations, and take prospects through to close. • You will manage your own pipeline, work closely with Marketing and the SDR team on lead flow, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover after the sale.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience selling to founders or C-level stakeholders at growing businesses. • Consultative selling approach: listens carefully, asks the right questions, and builds solutions around the customer's actual situation rather than a standard pitch. • Confident and credible communicating with senior decision-makers: written, verbal and in presentations. • Demonstrates genuine curiosity about equity, share schemes and the businesses you work with. • Strong at pipeline management and commercial prioritisation. • Experience with sales software or CRM. • You must be comfortable with working in a remote-first environment.
