Beschreibung

• Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, reports, and alerts to support Salesforce application monitoring • Develop visibility into user actions and key application performance events to improve operational insight • Set up, configure, and maintain synthetic monitoring for critical Salesforce transactions and business workflows • Partner with application development, infrastructure, and support teams to proactively identify and resolve performance issues • Support end-to-end observability initiatives across the Salesforce environment while enhancing monitoring capabilities • Improve monitoring standards, operational readiness, and issue detection by implementing best practices and optimizing existing monitoring solutions • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynatrace Developer or in a similar application performance monitoring role • Hands-on experience configuring and administering Dynatrace dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring solutions • Experience supporting Salesforce application monitoring and performance optimization within enterprise environments • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), and end-to-end observability concepts • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and operational teams in an Agile environment
