Beschreibung

• Own and drive named account relationships across hyperscale, wireless, semiconductor, private 5G, NTN, and NEM customer segments • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies across a territory spanning Canada, the Midwest, and Northern California • Partner with Marketing, Product Line Management, and Regional Sales leadership • Bring and manage relevant VIAVI resources to advance and close opportunities • Own all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting through contract close • Manage account strategy execution end-to-end • Provide continuous voice-of-the-customer feedback to Product Line Management and Business Units • Gather and share competitive intelligence on competing products, systems, and positioning • Position complex, multi-product hardware and software solutions to technical and commercial stakeholders • Drive account growth, quota attainment, new logo acquisition, and management of named-account portfolios

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical background and working knowledge of wireless networks, including O-RAN, AI-RAN, cloud, 6G, RAN, core and security • Previous experience and demonstrated success selling into hyperscale, wireless, semiconductor, private 5G, NTN, and NEM customer segments • Detailed understanding of each segment's buying centers, technical decision-makers, and ecosystem dynamics • Experience developing and executing account-specific sales strategies across a multi-segment territory • Proven success building new logos and opening new market verticals through prospecting and networking • Ability to operate effectively in a large matrixed environment and across broad teams • Experience working in a data-driven environment with funnel management and strong operational cadence • Business and technical understanding of wireless technologies across customer verticals • Ability to position complex, multi-product hardware and software solutions • Executive-level selling and negotiation with executive buyers • Established history of meeting and exceeding yearly sales objectives • Ability to quantify solution value against KPIs and ROI, identify decision criteria and economic buyers, understand decision-making processes, assess competitive landscapes, and identify champions
