Beschreibung

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technological solutions aligned with business goals • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT and ERP projects • Set project goals, define scope, and manage timelines • Champion and adhere to Epicor Signature Implementation Methodology for ERP projects • Assist with enhancement and implementation of applicable CRMs and Salesforce-related projects • Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and information across multiple concurrent branch implementations • Consolidate branch status reports into division-level summaries for stakeholders and executive leadership • Develop project plans with milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with frameworks, IT policies, and best practices • Maintain project documentation • Facilitate meetings, distribute minutes, and maintain communication with team members • Prepare and manage project deliverables based on approved requirements • Document changes and reflect them in work plans • Report project status and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies with project leads • Manage vendor relationships and align vendor performance with project goals • Drive continuous process improvement through post-project reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience managing IT and ERP projects, including Epicor ERP implementations (v9/10/Kinetic) • Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ERP life cycle models • Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile preferred • Advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.com) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present remotely and in person • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards with minimal supervision • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to travel up to 25% • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and cloud systems • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change requests effectively • Familiarity with vendor and contract management in IT and ERP contexts
