Beschreibung

• Lead cross-functional engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing teams • Set product strategy for assigned areas, including what to build, how to scale it, and why • Own product problems from discovery through launch and measured results across the consumer app, internal tools, retail, and delivery • Write business cases for new initiatives and secure leadership support • Translate needs from operations, retail, customer support, compliance, and finance into product requirements • Run user research and usability studies • Use AI to synthesize interviews, support tickets, and app reviews, then validate conclusions against source material • Build working prototypes with Claude Code or similar tools and test them with customers, drivers, and store teams • Query the data warehouse using SQL to answer product questions • Design and interpret experiments • Track feature performance after launch and recommend improvements • Identify opportunities for AI to reduce work or improve customer and operator experiences • Define launch-quality standards before release

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience in at least two product types, such as consumer apps, marketplaces, retail, or internal tools for operations-heavy teams • Track record of shipping work that moved the business • AI integrated into weekly work, including analysis, research synthesis, prototyping, and automation • Proficiency with Claude Code or a similar agentic tool, such as Cursor or Codex • Built at least one prototype, analysis, or internal tool used by others • Fluency in product analytics, including SQL, dashboard building, and large-dataset analysis • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests • Sound judgment about AI limitations and ability to validate AI output • Comfortable reading code, working in a terminal, and discussing technical trade-offs with engineers • Clear, persuasive writing and presentation skills • Ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar problems and use qualitative and quantitative research • Bonus: experience shipping LLM-powered features, leading AI adoption, connecting AI tools to company data, cannabis or regulated-industry experience, or multi-location retail experience • Must be 21 years or older • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
