Beschreibung

• Lead projects end to end from ambiguous stakeholder problem through design, review, production, and ownership • Build and extend Go services supporting quote-to-cash, including contract and pricing configuration, billable event generation, subscription and invoice management, and claims submission • Expand assertion and reconciliation frameworks across Salesforce, Zuora, and clinical data • Improve reconciliation and billing data used by health plan and employer partners • Design self-service tools for finance, RCM, and client operations to configure contracts, correct data, and run bulk changes • Apply AI where appropriate • Participate in design and code reviews and mentor engineers • Deliver a production pull request within the first 30 days • Develop a test-driven design that survives architecture review within the first 60 days • Own an ambiguous problem through completion with a product mindset within the first 90 days

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years building and operating backend services in production, in Go or another statically typed language • Experience with event-driven architectures, including eventual consistency, ordering, idempotency, and systems that disagree with each other • Strong SQL and comfort working across application code and the analytics layer • Experience owning a system where correctness had consequences outside the company, such as billing, payments, claims, ledgers, or regulated reporting • Track record of working directly with non-engineering stakeholders and translating finance or operations problems into designs • Experience with a major cloud platform; Virta uses GCP • Experience working with AI to accelerate development workflows and enhance the SDLC • Experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript • Ability to follow security and privacy procedures for HIPAA-governed patient information • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the United States
