Beschreibung

• Develop, test, and maintain Angular front-end components and Node.js services for C5I-Home and VDS eStorefront • Implement sprint-committed user stories, enhancements, defects, and maintenance tickets according to acceptance criteria • Support PostgreSQL data integrations and interfaces with Login.gov and Pay.gov • Write clean, secure, maintainable, and documented code following program standards and OWASP guidance • Identify and remediate vulnerabilities found through CI/CD and security scanning • Write and maintain automated unit tests and support QA testing across development, test, and staging environments • Assist senior engineers with production incidents, defects, and performance issues • Submit merge requests, participate in peer code reviews, and address feedback • Support deployment and promotion of builds through development, test, staging, and production environments • Ensure user-facing functionality complies with Section 508 accessibility requirements • Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Maintain work item status, estimates, implementation notes, and technical documentation • Support monthly maintenance releases, Government demonstrations, and user acceptance testing • Use Government-approved AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality • Provide occasional after-hours support for releases and production incidents

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-3 years of professional experience developing web applications • Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or a similar modern front-end framework • Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS • Working knowledge of Node.js and developing or consuming RESTful APIs • Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries • Experience using Git-based version control and merge request or pull request-based code review workflows • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests • Familiarity with secure software development and secure coding principles • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills • Must be U.S. citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS/U.S. Coast Guard suitability determination for a Moderate Risk Public Trust position (Tier 2 / SF-85P) • Ability to support core working hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday • Ability to provide occasional after-hours support for production releases or incidents • No degree required; relevant professional experience may be accepted in place of formal education • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript, including component architecture, reactive forms, and RxJS • Preferred: Experience with PostgreSQL • Preferred: Experience with C#/.NET and Microsoft SQL Server • Preferred: Experience integrating applications with Login.gov, Pay.gov, or similar federal identity or payment services • Preferred: Experience developing or supporting applications for federal, DoD, DHS, or U.S. Coast Guard customers • Preferred: Experience with Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, or comparable Agile development and CI/CD tools • Preferred: Familiarity with Docker or OpenShift • Preferred: Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments • Preferred: CompTIA Security+ CE or another DoD 8570/8140-aligned IAT Level II certification • Preferred: AWS Certified Developer - Associate or comparable cloud certification • Preferred: Existing DHS or U.S. Coast Guard suitability determination or active federal background investigation
