Beschreibung

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client social media programs • Manage a dedicated team of social media managers • Serve as the primary operational lead for client accounts • Balance staff management, program logistics, client communication, and strategic guidance • Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts • Produce comprehensive client-facing reports showcasing program performance and metrics • Lead weekly client meetings, facilitating updates and discussions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings, including 2+ years in a management or program coordination role • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication, with an ability to tailor messaging to Latino creators and audiences depending on client goals. • Experience managing social media accounts • Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment • Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies • Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred
