Beschreibung

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client social media programs • Manage a dedicated team of social media managers while ensuring seamless program execution and client satisfaction • Serve as the primary operational lead for client accounts • Balance staff management, program logistics, client communication, and strategic guidance • Lead and develop a team of strategists to execute social media programs • Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture • Manage program operations, including tracking budgets and hiring social media managers • Produce comprehensive client-facing reports showcasing program performance • Lead weekly client meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings, including 2+ years in a management or program coordination role • Experience managing social media accounts • Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment • Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies • Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred
