Beschreibung

• Provide professional engineering services for assure (faults) and provide (MACDs) activities for VodafoneThree customers • Work alongside project and principal engineers to deliver assigned project streams • Manage project risks and costs while meeting quality and health and safety requirements • Perform assure and incident management of Cisco Managed LAN and WLAN • Manage day-to-day project and provide activities • Achieve performance levels aligned with business targets, customer requirements and functional SLAs • Escalate issues and potential delays through line management channels • Maintain site documentation • Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Service Desk and High Care Delivery colleagues • Attend and repair customer faults within agreed timescales • Travel to customer sites in the Midlands and South of the UK when required • Participate in a standby rota

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience with Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies, including switching and IP addressing best practice • Good understanding of Cisco Voice Technologies • Experience configuring networks in a managed data-networking environment • Networking qualification ideally • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and function in a team environment • Good interpersonal skills with effective communication • Holds valid SC Clearance, or must be SC clearable • Ability and willingness to undergo and obtain Secure Vetting (SC) clearance • Ability to travel to customer sites in and around the Midlands and South of the UK on an ad hoc basis • Ability to work on a standby rota once fully up to speed
