Beschreibung

• Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration change requests • Define scope and identify standard support versus billable professional services • Own post-go-live configuration projects and prioritize execution backlogs for Configuration Specialists • Facilitate customer working sessions and discovery calls for complex workflows • Manage scope and guide customers toward best practices • Orchestrate system upgrades three times per year for each customer • Manage configuration maintenance and enablement of add-on modules such as AI and dashboards • Perform internal QA of technical configurations • Lead customer UAT before deployment when relevant • Deliver specialized workstreams including expansion and upsell initiatives, data migrations, and system integrations • Manage and execute ongoing customer training • Maintain and update the training hub • Analyze customer needs and translate them into executable requirements and project plans • Navigate internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities • Define and adhere to project schedules, managing priorities and mitigating risks • Partner with Configuration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Support

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-7 years experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or business analyst engagements • Experience ideally in consulting, SaaS implementation, or sales (e.g., sales engineer) • Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Proficiency in project management • Proven ability to prioritize work and follow through on task completion • Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction • Ability to run and direct large meetings with multiple stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of the promotional content approval process or regulated-industry experience is a plus • Hands-on Jira experience • Experience with data cleaning, import, and migration is preferred • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a bonus • Experience with GuideCX, Zendesk, and HubSpot • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources • Experience applying generative AI to enhance operational workflows and customer-facing deliverables
