Beschreibung

• Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration change requests • Define scope and determine whether requests require standard support or billable professional services • Act as primary project owner for post-go-live configuration projects • Translate customer needs into technical requirements • Prioritize daily execution backlogs for Configuration Specialists • Facilitate customer working sessions and discovery calls for complex workflows • Manage scope and guide customers toward best practices • Execute regular system upgrades three times per year for each customer • Deliver customer-requested configuration maintenance and enable add-on modules such as AI and dashboards • Perform internal quality assurance of technical configurations • Lead customer User Acceptance Testing when relevant • Analyze customer needs and create actionable requirements and comprehensive project plans • Navigate internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities • Define and follow project schedules, manage priorities, and mitigate risks • Partner cross-functionally with Configuration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Support

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or business analyst engagements, ideally in consulting, SaaS implementation, or sales (e.g., sales engineer) • Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in project management • Proven ability to prioritize work and follow through on task completion • Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction • Ability to run and direct large meetings with multiple stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of promotional content approval processes or regulated industries is a plus • Hands-on Jira experience • Experience with data cleaning, import, and migration is preferred • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a bonus • Experience with GuideCX, Zendesk, and HubSpot • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources • Experience applying generative AI to enhance internal operational workflows and customer-facing deliverables
