Beschreibung

• Steer the design and further development of digital products • Ensure development aligns with business strategy and meets user needs • Consolidate stakeholder, customer, and market input to shape product features • Communicate product vision to the development team • Prioritise tasks and roadmap items based on value and business goals • Act as a role model for Agile working and innovation • Ensure Agile rituals work productively • Prepare new features for development with the Agile team and Volkswagen business partners • Present new developments to colleagues and stakeholders and teach teams about new feature functionality • Inspire the team and stakeholders regarding the product vision and roadmap • Collect requirements, conduct user research, and analyse market needs • Create and maintain the roadmap and backlog, prioritising with business stakeholders • Translate business needs into actionable requirements • Support decisions with data and metrics • Work with KPIs and OKRs • Use monitoring tools, act on failures, and inform impacted stakeholders promptly and transparently

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PO or PM • Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs • Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodology (SAFe is a plus) • Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses • Demonstrated ability to influence decision making in different contexts • Skilled at defining and prioritising product features • Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business departments • Fluent English and German speaker
