Beschreibung

• Reach out to at least 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them about Vori Health’s services • Respond to inbound inquiries by phone or email from marketing and outreach campaigns • Build trusting relationships with members through active listening and empathy • Explain Vori Health’s program benefits and services to members and their support networks • Convert prospective patients to active Vori member/patients • Provide inbound telephonic support and triage member needs to Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination • Obtain member consent and conduct enrollment surveys • Identify and escalate urgent member needs • Participate in coaching and development sessions and apply feedback and best practices • Follow Care Team policies, procedures, escalation pathways, communication best practices, and documentation standards • Complete training and stay current on systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations • Communicate member and provider feedback to marketing and leadership teams • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare client success, patient-facing/care delivery roles, high-performing enrollment advisor roles, or highly consultative sales roles • Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer management platform • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Knowledge of best-in-class customer service practices • Proven record of accomplishment in providing exceptional customer experiences • Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, build relationships, discover patients’ needs, and present the program convincingly in a phone call • Deep experience in and passion for service-oriented roles requiring persuasive communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organized communications and documentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records, or comfort learning new technology • Ability to identify and prioritize member needs and address urgent and important needs immediately • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to collaborate to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada • Bilingual written and spoken Spanish and English (nice-to-have)
