Beschreibung

• Produce longform video content for Criminal’s YouTube channel from start to finish • Coordinate recording, make initial editorial cuts and decisions, collaborate with video editors on drafts, and publish final versions • Produce shortform video content for YouTube Shorts and social media platforms • Translate podcast moments into compelling visual stories • Upload archival Criminal podcast episodes to YouTube • Create thumbnails, titles, and copy for YouTube videos • Collaborate with show producers on social media plans promoting podcast episodes, events, and initiatives • Develop image assets, GIFs, stories/reels, motion graphics, video cut-downs, and platform-specific variants • Optimize content for platform performance and track algorithm and format changes • Track views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through metrics • Feed performance insights into creative strategy • Maintain asset and template archives and improve production workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrated ability to produce both longform and shortform video content, especially for talk-based or interview-driven formats • Excellent storytelling instincts • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook • Solid skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and motion graphic templates • Ability to manage multiple projects/shows simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines • Attentiveness to performance metrics • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in podcast media or editorial-driven media brands • East Coast business hours availability (9 am–5 pm Eastern Time) • Familiarity with audio editing or podcast production workflows is a plus
