Beschreibung

• Own portfolio management of 3–5 concurrent data center construction sites • Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out, including busway, RPP, racks, liquid loop and CDU integration, on schedule and budget • Serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, and quality risk across sites • Partner with the Project Controls Manager on program-level tracking • Coordinate with the Construction EHS Manager on safety program execution at each site • Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce BOD and drawing approval before construction proceeds • Manage the transition into Startup and Turnover toward commissioning and integrated systems testing • Represent construction’s interests in landlord/lease delivery terms, acceptance criteria, commencement definitions, and schedule commitments • Report portfolio status, risk, and resourcing needs to the Director, Construction Delivery • Travel 50% across a multi-state portfolio

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management, including multi-site or regional oversight • Experience managing landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvement scopes • Working fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and fit-out trades specific to high-density compute (busway/RPP distribution, liquid cooling/CDU integration) • Track record managing GC and trade partner performance across concurrent, geographically distributed job sites • Strong command of schedule and cost tracking tools and practices; comfortable operating without a fully built-out project controls function • Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio • Owner’s-representative or hyperscaler/neocloud tenant-side construction experience preferred
