Beschreibung

• Own the complete mobile development lifecycle for new features, from design to deployment across iOS and Android • Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and comprehensive test coverage • Set up, manage, and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines • Manage app submissions to the iOS App Store and Google Play • Configure automated build/release pipelines and OTA updates • Implement proactive monitoring and crash analytics • Tune performance and respond rapidly to incidents to maintain app reliability • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams • Mentor mid-level and junior developers in React Native, performance optimization, deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development • Influence mobile architecture decisions, including state management, navigation strategy, and performance patterns • Evaluate mobile libraries, AI-driven tools, and techniques • Drive improvements in CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted code generation workflows • Report directly to the Engineering Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development • Strong track record of delivering production-grade mobile apps • Skilled in React Native • Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Experience building performant, cross-platform apps for iOS and Android • Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Strong understanding of iOS and Android app store deployment processes • Experience with AI tools and productivity optimization is a bonus • Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation or automated UI testing is a bonus • Experience mentoring or coaching developers is a bonus • Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders is a bonus
