Beschreibung

• Make outbound calls to set appointments • Take inbound appointments • Ask probing questions to understand prospects’ financial, emotional, and mental situations • Diagnose whether the Infinite Banking Concept and the company’s path are appropriate for each prospect • Help qualified prospects implement the Infinite Banking Concept • Serve as the bridge between prospects’ current financial situations and their desired financial freedom • Own and work the sales pipeline • Follow up independently without being chased • Maintain CRM discipline by logging notes the same day and updating statuses in real time • Conduct emotionally intelligent, consultative sales conversations without relying on robotic scripts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2+ years closing in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-based environment • Must already have an insurance license or obtain it before starting • 25%+ close rate after probation • Full ownership of the sales pipeline and follow-up process • Stable, professional remote setup with high-speed internet, quiet environment, quality camera, and microphone • Same-day CRM note logging and real-time status updates • Emotional intelligence and ability to read people without relying on scripts • Coachable attitude and strong listening skills • Belief in building wealth outside the traditional system • Alignment with the company’s worldview regarding personal responsibility, financial freedom, and Wall Street • Proven sales performance and high-ticket sales experience • Whole life insurance, Nelson Nash’s “Becoming Your Own Banker,” real estate investing, or passive income experience are bonuses
