Beschreibung

• Improve the reliability and stability of Webflow’s customer-facing production infrastructure serving millions of page views per hour • Maintain monitoring tooling and collaborate on internal observability best practices • Optimize resource allocation, streamline upgrades, and ensure scalability and fault tolerance for Kubernetes applications • Debug and occasionally fix production behavior in the main Webflow application using Node, Python, or Go • Work with Customer Support, Partnerships, and Sales teams to enable customers using Webflow services in production • Participate in and continuously improve on-call and incident response processes • Report to the Senior Manager, Engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience operating or debugging distributed systems in a production environment • Background as an operations engineer with growing interest in code, or software engineer with growing interest in systems and infrastructure • Comfortable working with at least one major cloud provider, AWS or GCP, and willingness to deepen expertise • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workloads • Ideally, exposure to GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Argo Rollouts • Experience using observability stacks such as Datadog or OpenTelemetry to write dashboards, alerts, or traces • Experience using at least one infrastructure-as-code tool such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar • Ability to read and modify application code for debugging • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and follow incident management processes • Proactive embrace of AI and active development and application of fluency in emerging technologies • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on the country of employment • Successful background check may be required as a condition of employment
