Beschreibung

• Work at roadshows alongside Buyers • Ensure the consistent quality and smooth running of roadshow events • Provide hospitality and build rapport with customers • Ensure customers are comfortable, know when it is their turn, and have their questions answered • Ensure events look and feel consistent across locations, including banners, signs, biscuits and music • Manage venues on the day by meeting local venue teams and acting as the on-site contact for queries • Pass health and safety messaging to Buyers • Help customers understand which items WeBuyVintage does and does not buy • Manage customer expectations early on • Provide an understanding and trustworthy customer experience • Share best practices and successful ways of working between roadshows and operational locations • Help roll out and ensure adherence to new processes across roadshows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous hospitality, retail, social work or customer service experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to quickly build strong relationships with colleagues and customers • Ability to explain processes and information clearly and simply • Experience being part of a customer-facing team dealing with a diverse range of customers • Experience identifying customer problems/questions and outlining examples of how these were answered, even without knowing the answer • Experience running or helping to run customer-facing events • Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues across the business and communicate event feedback • Willingness to travel 1–2 hours daily for this role • Full UK Driving Licence • Ability to travel to locations sometimes inaccessible by public transport
