Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade eCommerce applications using Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, and Magento. • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance storefronts, backend services, and custom modules. • Develop custom themes, plugins, extensions, and APIs to meet evolving business requirements. • Integrate payment gateways, ERP, CRM, inventory management systems, shipping providers, and other third-party services. • Optimize website performance, page speed, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. • Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers through technical guidance. • Participate in architecture discussions and recommend scalable technology solutions for future growth. • Ensure applications follow security standards, coding guidelines, and industry best practices. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management activities. • Stay up to date with emerging eCommerce technologies, platform updates, and development frameworks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional software development experience; qualifications specify 6–9 years with significant enterprise eCommerce exposure • Hands-on Shopify Plus development, customization, and platform administration • Extensive Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) application development and maintenance • Deep Magento architecture, custom module, theme, and extension expertise • REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party integrations • Payment gateways, shipping integrations, tax solutions, and inventory systems • Object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns • Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies • Application performance, scalability, and security optimization • HTML proficiency • JavaScript and modern front-end development concepts • Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility • Cloud platforms and containerized deployments • SEO best practices for eCommerce platforms • Performance monitoring and analytics tools • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience delivering large-scale Shopify Plus and Adobe Commerce implementations • Software architecture, design principles, and scalable application development • Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional product teams
