Beschreibung

• Advise managers, executives, and global technical teams on technical matters, including key products, projects, and best practices • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor developments to maintain Weidmann’s leadership • Provide technical support and training to engineers, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring industry standards compliance • Participate in industry committees and events to communicate Weidmann’s insulation expertise • Support customer satisfaction through direct technical assistance and collaboration with the commercial team • Lead and coordinate innovation projects, including new product development, trials, and validation for commercialization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Prior (minimum 15 years’ experience) working experience in a transformer manufacturing facility, including: transformer electrical design experience, product development or R&D experience, also project management and external customer interaction experience • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written), strong computer (e.g., MS Office, CAD), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel internationally when needed • Ability to speak and write in Spanish is preferred but not required • Involvement in IEEE or other industry groups preferred
