Beschreibung

• Lead International B2B, Employer, Payor, and Government Partnerships. • Build and lead WW International’s B2B growth agenda across employers, payors, public health systems, and other institutional partners. • Identify and prioritize the most attractive B2B opportunities by market, including reimbursement, referral, and employee-benefit pathways. • Develop partnership strategies and commercial models that expand access, improve affordability, and drive sustainable growth. • Oversee international clinic business development, including evaluating and advancing partnerships with telehealth providers, health systems, insurers, and other clinical ecosystem players. • Support the selection, negotiation, and execution of clinic-related partnerships in priority international markets. • Develop strategic recommendations on where to invest, launch, scale, fix, or exit. • Act as a cross-functional leader across International, Global, and local market teams to ensure partnership-led initiatives are implemented effectively.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, B2B growth, market expansion, healthcare partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles. • Strong experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority. • Ability to operate strategically while also driving execution across complex, cross-functional programs. • Experience structuring partnerships across employers, payors, health systems, governments, or regulated healthcare environments strongly preferred. • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business case development, prioritization, and opportunity sizing. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience in international, healthcare, digital health, benefits, or consumer health environments preferred.
