Beschreibung

• Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs. • Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies. • Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains. • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and client experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability. • Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments. • Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan. • Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities. • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes. • Perform other job duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 8-12 years relevant work experience. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Management or Product Ownership.
