Beschreibung

• Prepare construction plan documents as required per project • Perform analysis/modeling of wood, steel, and lattice structures • Provide technical assistance to the Welty Project Management Team as requested • Perform site visits when necessary • Interface with client’s engineering groups and project management team to provide regular and timely updates • Consult on internal projects when requested by the PM, Portfolio Manager, or Executive Vice President • Share knowledge and train oncoming Transmission Line Engineers • Establish trust and healthy rapport with client and contract engineer firms • Collaborate with Management Team to foster a productive and encouraging environment • Timesheet entries and expenses to be appropriately applied to corresponding projects and should be submitted weekly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering at an ABET accredited university • 3-5 years of experience as a Transmission Line Engineer • EIT Certification with the intention to pursue PE license • 15-20% travel (project specific) • PE License preferred but not required • Adherence to Welty Core Values, OPTIC (Openness, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Centricity)
