Beschreibung

• Support an assigned territory and represent West Fraser wood products within new home, multi-family, and commercial construction markets • Serve as a technical resource and product representative within the territory • Establish, manage, and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up • Learn and support customers’ business models • Support the design and implementation of regional marketing programs with pro-dealers, retail accounts, and builders • Promote new and existing products to contractor yards and builders • Develop product and program knowledge to support customers and internal teams • Build and maintain relationships with pro-dealers, retail accounts, builders, and industrial customers • Provide responsive service and proactive follow-up • Serve as a knowledgeable field representative and customer resource • Partner with inside sales, sales management, and marketing teams to achieve revenue objectives • Collaborate with the outside marketing team and support staff to coordinate territory activities • Provide input to territory planning discussions and sales and marketing initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a marketing, sales, construction, or building products role • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a role related to home construction, building materials, sales, marketing, or a related field • Knowledge of construction and building materials • Solid planning, organizational and time management skills • Ability to gather, summarize, and report observations on product usage, trends, and competitive activity within the assigned geography • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills • Strong technical aptitude and people skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Engineering, Architectural, Building Science accreditation • Knowledge of structural wood products • Proficiency in reading construction documents • Must be able to work anywhere within the assigned territory • Willingness to travel; travel is required and listed as less than 60%
