Beschreibung

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, 8-Ks, and other required filings. • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting disclosures. • Analyze existing and new USGAAP and SEC reporting requirements to ensure filing comply with regulations and company reporting policies. • Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation. • Partner with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and operational accounting teams to gather information for filings and disclosures. • Document, evaluate, and test controls over SEC reporting processes. • Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and disclosure requirements. • Assist in audit activities with internal and external auditors.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of demonstrated success in accounting roles of increasing responsibility, preferably a mix of both public accounting and external reporting roles within a publicly traded company • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC Regulations and understanding of SOX 404(b) compliance • Experience working with global financial systems, preferably SAP and Oracle • Demonstrated experience with process and system automation • Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks, while remaining detail oriented with high commitment to quality, and be able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Passion in implementing technology and executing process improvements
