Beschreibung

• Lead client engagement and tailor reactor component upgrade solutions to customer needs • Meet with operating plant customers to understand their specific requirements • Lead teams in developing unique offerings and proposals • Oversee the technical content, costing, pricing, responsiveness, and quality of bids • Develop customer relationships and create value propositions to secure Orders Entered (OE) • Drive OE and opportunity pipeline growth for product and technology areas • Assess market trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor moves to adjust product positioning • Prepare product promotion presentations and define value propositions • Recommend pricing to maximize market value while meeting margin and business plan assumptions • Collaborate with sales on capture planning and final order negotiations • Develop and implement business cases to grow market share • Collaborate with project teams to resolve execution challenges • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering resource managers, Sales, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Global Markets • Ensure people, processes, and technology are available to deliver offer commitments • Produce high-quality proposals • Manage Intellectual Property discussions and jointly approve IP release with Engineering • Coordinate with AOMS and peer Product Segment leaders on cohesive market approaches, joint proposals, and customer support • Collaborate with Global Product Management on product strategy, product roadmaps, technology roadmaps, and innovation ideas • Report to the ELA Reactor Component Upgrades Manager • Manage business financial goals including orders entered, opportunity pipeline growth, and margin as sold

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline • 10+ years relevant experience in product management, product engineering, product resource management, business, or operations • Experience with increasing progression, complexity, and levels of responsibility • MBA valuable • Demonstrated successful project management record • Demonstrated successful leadership achievements • Familiarity with nuclear and energy environments • Background in leveraging customer feedback, commercial constraints, and business unit feedback/product management engagement to solve pain points and generate value based on return on investment • Applicants for employment opportunities in other countries must meet comparable export control requirements of that country and of the United States
