Beschreibung

• Develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies aligned to cost, schedule, risk, and technical goals • Lead procurement across full project lifecycle; own deliverables and project accountability • Lead efforts to identify, assess, and onboard strategic suppliers (capacity, capability, quality) to support project requirements, supported by supply chain, engineering, and business resources • Manage supplier performance (KPIs, scorecards, corrective actions) and partner with category teams to reduce risk • Lead RFQs/RFPs for complex components and systems • Perform cost analysis (TCO, should-cost) and negotiate contracts aligned to margin targets • Partner with engineering, project management, quality, and operations • Align procurement to project schedules and critical path • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (capacity, single-source, geopolitical) • Drive cost reduction and value engineering; track savings and budget adherence • Monitor KPIs (cost, delivery, supplier readiness) and report to stakeholders • Ensure policy and regulatory compliance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business • 5+ years procurement and project/program experience on large-scale ($100M+) projects • Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, cost analysis • Experience with global sourcing, new product introduction, and ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle) • Capabilities in project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Preferred regulatory knowledge (ISO, AS9100) • Preferred certifications: PMP, CPSM/CIPS, or Six Sigma
