Beschreibung

• Lead projects within the US industry customer base • Develop, close, and maintain engagement of APx technology, including AP1000, AP300, and LDES solutions • Lead customer engagements and develop capture plans throughout all phases of the sales process • Serve as the interface between customers and delivery and commercial teams • Lead commercial-related engagements and priorities • Coordinate customer deliverables, action identification and closure, D365 pipeline upkeep, and internal reporting • Work with global markets to understand customer organizations and priorities • Maintain industry presence as a trusted APX technology leader and expert • Coordinate market research and identify new business opportunities • Develop reports on industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, sales activities, proposal status, and business development efforts • Coordinate capture plans, presentations, and strategies with APX Project Delivery, Global Markets, Partner Development, and Commercial/Marketing • Identify commercial and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies • Support proposal approval and partner agreement processes • Guide action closure related to contract, agreement, and project-term negotiations • Work with legal, financial, contracts, and technical teams to align contracts with company policies and client interests • Stay current with technological advancements, engineering trends, and the competitive landscape

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years experience in Nuclear or Energy Industry • Knowledge of nuclear utility industry and regulatory environment • Knowledge of global marketing principles and industry practices • Knowledge of strategic planning processes • Knowledge of negotiation approaches, commercial terms and conditions, and contract administration • Knowledge of utility work processes and internal cultures • Understanding of business planning and processes
