Beschreibung

• Lead the Future of Global Indirect Tax Compliance • Shape the Global Indirect Tax Strategy • Develop and execute the global vision, strategy, and operating model for indirect tax compliance. • Serve as the executive leader and trusted advisor on indirect tax matters across the organization. • Anticipate emerging regulatory developments and drive proactive business readiness. • Maintain oversight of indirect tax compliance activities across all relevant jurisdictions. • Champion the use of technology, automation, analytics, and reporting solutions. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of indirect tax professionals.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in indirect tax, tax compliance, tax governance, or finance leadership roles. • Significant leadership experience within a multinational organization. • Deep expertise in U.S. indirect taxes, including sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, jet fuel tax, motor fuel tax, and related compliance requirements. • Strong knowledge of international indirect tax frameworks, including VAT, GST, HST, mineral oil taxes, and similar regimes. • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams. • Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation, process optimization, and technology adoption.
