Beschreibung

• Define and execute the strategy for automation through APIs and AI technologies and cross-platform sales and execution • Lead a team of Product Managers • Define and own product vision and strategy for transforming linear platforms • Develop product roadmaps balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and technical feasibility • Represent the company in industry discussions, client meetings, and conferences • Build, mentor, and lead Product Managers • Set objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for team members • Foster cross-functional alignment with Engineering, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing • Oversee design, development, and launch of new features and API-based integrations • Prioritize product initiatives for short-term impact and long-term growth • Lead Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management • Partner with UX and Engineering to create intuitive user experiences • Develop relationships with media companies to understand evolving needs • Engage clients and industry leaders to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape • Present product strategies and updates to executives and stakeholders • Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning with Sales and Marketing • Coordinate product, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience • At least 3 years in a leadership role • Deep expertise in linear sales and traffic • Insights into API integration and industry transformation • Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals • Strong analytical mindset using data and KPIs to inform product decisions • Experience working in an Agile development process with engineering and design teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams • Experience in digital ad sales and cross-platform media workflows is a plus
