Beschreibung

• Develop and deliver Wiiisdom product demonstrations that range from standard to custom. • Lead guided evaluations and proof-of-value engagements for customers and partners. • Address customer inquiries about technical capabilities and platform architecture throughout the sales process. • Actively participate in internal forums, sharing and documenting use cases, best practices, FAQs, and other relevant knowledge. • Present at conferences, industry events, user groups, and webinars, showcasing our products and establishing thought leadership in the industry. • Capture product feedback from customers, identifying feature gaps and market needs. • Help shape the product roadmap to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer requirements. • Promote and evangelize new products and features. • Drive adoption by effectively communicating their value proposition, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Wiiisdom, contributing to deliverables that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting function for Tableau or Power BI. • Proficiency in most of the following: Tableau or Power BI, analytics and business intelligence, database concepts (Data Warehouse, Datamart, ETL), BI development/governance processes, BI testing, on-prem vs. SaaS architecture, and basic SQL. • Fluency in English is required. French would be a plus. • Open to occasional travel, both domestic and international.
