Beschreibung

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code primarily in Python • Build and maintain components for web applications pragmatically, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security • Design and implement robust backend systems and RESTful APIs • Troubleshoot application issues, adeptly debugging and resolving errors to ensure the best user experience • Develop and maintain automated tests to guarantee code quality and system stability • Actively contribute to code reviews and provide insightful technical feedback • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Specialists, DevOps Engineers, and Front-End Developers across the product lifecycle • Uphold best practices and maintain high standards for engineering and product quality • Improve, monitor, and maintain applications after deployment • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions for large-scale SaaS systems • Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously seek opportunities to optimize code and processes • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Python, preferably in a SaaS or large-scale web application environment • Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework such as Django or Flask • Solid database experience, preferably with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis • Experience with Elasticsearch and MongoDB is considered a strong asset • Familiarity with JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular • Experience with containerization and version control tools such as Docker and Git, within a Linux environment • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization or role is considered an asset • Must be very detail-oriented and have a passion for programming • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Must be technical, analytical, and have the ability to manage complex projects seamlessly • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and able to communicate effectively with ease. Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
