Beschreibung

• Implementation of communication strategies • Management of online presence such as social media, and maintenance of web content. • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. • Develop content for complex, efficient websites quickly. • Day-to-day monitoring and engagement in digital conversations across internal and external channels • Respond to followers in a timely manner and ultimately drive a positive recovery/sentiment within the community • Monitor, track, and report on feedback, online reviews, and comments • Continue analyze and efforts and messaging specifics to drive robust community dialogue • Keep up with current internet/social trends, apps and technology • Performs other duties as required.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing and/or related field. • 1 year experience in digital communication/social media content creation. • Able to handle deadline-driven pressure • Flexible while being a strong motivator of people and outcomes • Able to work within the frameworks of the various interdepartmental business processes while remaining highly creative • Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication.
